Over the past three years, our Smart Access cloud-based access control system and mobile app have gained significant market recognition and widespread usage. This success is attributed to our in-depth understanding of digital transformation and remote operations, as well as the continuous support from our growing user base.
Smart Access serves as a tool for door unlocking and access record keeping, utilizing QR code technology to enable features such as unlocking designated doors, remote door opening, creation of time-limited visitor QR codes, and access record retrieval. This not only helps businesses and organizations manage the flow of people in designated areas and ensure compliance with occupancy limits, but also facilitates convenient self-access and visitor identity verification, thereby reducing costs and improving efficiency.
Ryan Ip, Co-founder and CTO of NineSmart, highlighted that Smart Access simplifies operations through QR codes while ensuring security. Users can easily create time-limited and limited-use QR codes to share with visitors. After the specified time or usage limit has expired, the QR code automatically becomes invalid. Additionally, the system features flexible configuration options, allowing different users to have different permissions to effectively manage access records and the usage of QR codes.
