PropTech – Smart Booking
The Smart Residence mobile app allows residents to book clubhouse facilities, such as gyms and swimming pools, anytime and anywhere. Residents only need to select the appropriate facility and time slot on the Smart Residence app to complete the reservation. The payment method is very convenient, with residents able to choose between tokens or electronic payments. After a successful reservation, residents simply scan the QR code to access the facility area. Furthermore, property managers regularly post the latest news and notifications of the residential community on the Smart Residence mobile app, utilizing PropTech to keep residents informed about their community.
PropTech – Smart Locker
The property’s clubhouse has a swimming pool, allowing residents to enjoy refreshing water activities during hot summer days. For example, residents can use the Smart Residence app to reserve access to the swimming pool, selecting the desired time slot and paying with tokens or electronic payments. After the reservation is successful, residents can use the QR code to enter and exit the swimming pool area.
The swimming pool is also equipped with smart lockers, allowing residents to securely store their belongings. Residents simply scan their QR code to open the locker. Management staff can view the smart locker access records in the cloud-based backend at any time. If a smart locker is not opened within 24 hours, pool management staff receives a notification to open the smart locker in the changing room to clear the contents or contact the user to retrieve their personal belongings.
PropTech – Smart Car Park Access
NineSmart uses API integration to enable Smart Residence’s cloud-based management system to access the car park’s gate system, promoting IoT applications. For example, if residents want to park their vehicles conveniently, they can apply for parking access on the Smart Residence mobile app. Parking access is sent as a QR code to the resident’s mobile phone, allowing them to enter and exit the parking lot by scanning the QR code.
PropTech – Admin Panel
PropTech enables property managers to effectively monitor and manage the operation of the property. For instance, they can set residents’ privileges, such as the number of facility uses, through the Smart Residence backend. Managers can also download various reports, such as facility usage rates, usage times, and user statuses. Property managers can view property access, reservation time slots, and rooms, among other things, through the management interface of the Smart Residence backend.
