One-stop PropTech Solution Provider

The NineSmart team consists of software developers and IoT specialists. In addition to developing user-friendly applications, we deploy and integrate our proprietary IoT controller with various hardware components. Users can issue commands to doors, turnstiles, mailboxes, or even elevators through our mobile application.

Hardware Sourcing

Our team sources and procures the necessary hardware components to integrate into the IoT solution. We carefully select the parts to ensure they fit seamlessly within the connected ecosystem, prioritizing compatibility, reliability, and performance.

Installation & Configuration

We ensure proper cabling and connectivity between the hardware and the IoT controller. Our team handles the installation and configuration process to set up the entire system for smooth operation.

Maintenance and Support

We offer ongoing maintenance and support services to keep your IoT system running smoothly. This includes troubleshooting, remote diagnostics, and proactive monitoring to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

The Core of Our IoT System

NineSmart IoT Controller

  • Receives requests from user interfaces and delivers commands (i.e. grant door access rights) to IoT devices
  • Synchronizes data with the cloud server via WebSocket immediately upon receiving a new update or regular intervals.
  • Stores identity data and ensures stable operation during unexpected network downtime under offline mode.
  • Integrates with hardwares via dry contact, standard serial port (RS232, RS485, TTL, etc.), and HTTP-based API

User Interfaces

End-users can connect to the IoT controller and initiate the identity verification process through various user interfaces. For instance, by presenting a QR code to a compatible scanner, the scanner will promptly verify the image and relay real-time feedback to the IoT controller, enabling further commands and actions.

IoT Devices

Once the identity verification process is completed, end-users can deliver commands to the connected IoT devices. For example, users can unlock a magnetic door lock by scanning a valid QR code, leveraging the authentication process to access the IoT-enabled system.
