height:auto;\">\n\t\t\n<style>\n#gap-1891860699 {\n  padding-top: 30px;\n}\n<\/style>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t<section class=\"section\" id=\"section_2096013681\">\n\t\t<div class=\"bg section-bg fill bg-fill  bg-loaded\" >\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\n\n\t\t<div class=\"section-content relative\">\n\t\t\t\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5546\u696d\u5927\u5ec8\u6b63\u5728\u63a1\u7528\u65b0\u7684 PropTech\uff08\u5730\u7522\u79d1\u6280\uff09\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u4f86\u512a\u5316\u904b\u71df\u548c\u79df\u6236\u9ad4\u9a57\u3002 PropTech \u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u5229\u7528\u7269\u806f\u7db2 (IoT)\u3001\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd (AI) \u548c\u6578\u64da\u5206\u6790\u7b49\u5148\u9032\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u512a\u52e2\u3002\u5f9e\u975e\u63a5\u89f8\u5f0f\u5b58\u53d6\u5230\u667a\u6167\u8a2d\u65bd\uff0cPropTech \u6b63\u5728\u5e6b\u52a9\u5be6\u73fe\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\u73fe\u4ee3\u5316\u4e26\u5275\u5efa\u4e92\u806f\u5efa\u7bc9\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>\u5546\u696d\u5927\u5ec8\u76ee\u524d\u9762\u81e8\u7684\u4e09\u5927\u6311\u6230\uff1a<\/b><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 110%;\">\u8a2a\u5ba2\u767b\u8a18\u7a0b\u5e8f\u5197\u9577\uff1a<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u8a2a\u5ba2\u767b\u8a18\u6d41\u7a0b\u65e2\u8017\u6642\u53c8\u4f4e\u6548\uff0c\u8a2a\u5ba2\u9808\u624b\u5beb\u7d19\u672c\u8868\u683c\u6216\u63d0\u4f9b\u8a73\u7d30\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u9019\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u8a2a\u5ba2\u548c\u7269\u7ba1\u8077\u54e1\u7684\u5ef6\u8aa4\u548c\u7169\u8e81\u3002 \u9019\u6703\u964d\u4f4e\u904b\u71df\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u8a2a\u5ba2\u7ba1\u7406\u6d41\u7a0b\u4e2d\u9020\u6210\u74f6\u9838\u3002<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 110%;\">\u8eab\u4efd\u8a8d\u8b49\u904e\u7a0b\u7de9\u6162\uff1a<\/span><br \/>\n\u4f7f\u7528\u50b3\u7d71\u65b9\u6cd5\u9a57\u8b49\u79df\u6236\u3001\u54e1\u5de5\u548c\u8a2a\u5ba2\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u7de9\u6162\u800c\u7e41\u7463\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u3002\u4eba\u624b\u6aa2\u67e5\u548c\u5be6\u9ad4\u8eab\u5206\u8b49\u660e\u6587\u4ef6\u901a\u5e38\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u5ef6\u8aa4\uff0c\u4e26\u53ef\u80fd\u640d\u5bb3\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u5b58\u53d6\u63a7\u5236\u63aa\u65bd\u3002<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 110%;\">\u7269\u696d\u7ba1\u7406\u6548\u7387\u4f4e\u4e0b\uff1a<\/span><br \/>\n\u5546\u696d\u5927\u5ec8\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u5305\u62ec\u5404\u7a2e\u4efb\u52d9\uff0c\u5982\u5141\u8a31\u79df\u6236\u9032\u5165\u3001\u50b3\u9054\u91cd\u8981\u901a\u77e5\u4ee5\u53ca\u78ba\u4fdd\u9806\u5229\u904b\u4f5c\u3002 \u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u7269\u696d\u7ba1\u7406\u65b9\u6cd5\u53ef\u80fd\u6548\u7387\u4f4e\u4e0b\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u5ef6\u8aa4\u3001\u6e9d\u901a\u4e0d\u826f\u548c\u904b\u71df\u6548\u7387\u964d\u4f4e\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><b>PropTech \u5982\u4f55\u5e6b\u52a9\u89e3\u6c7a\u4ee5\u4e0a\u554f\u984c\uff1f<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 110%;\">\u7528\u6236\u81ea\u52a9\u8a2a\u554f<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u900f\u904e\u5be6\u65bd\u57fa\u65bc\u96f2\u7aef\u7684\u4e8c\u7dad\u78bc\u9580\u7981\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u5546\u696d\u5927\u5ec8\u53ef\u4ee5\u70ba\u7528\u6236\u63d0\u4f9b\u6709\u6548\u7684\u4e8c\u7dad\u78bc\u4ee5\u81ea\u52a9\u9032\u5165\u5927\u5ec8\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u7c21\u5316\u9032\u51fa\u6d41\u7a0b\u4e26\u589e\u5f37\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u3002 \u7cfb\u7d71\u53ef\u751f\u6210\u52d5\u614b\u4e8c\u7dad\u78bc\uff0c\u5141\u8a31\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u6383\u63cf\u8a72\u4e8c\u7dad\u78bc\u9032\u5165\u5927\u5ec8\u4e26\u547c\u53eb\u96fb\u68af\u3002\u7c21\u5316\u5f8c\u7684\u6d41\u7a0b\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u4e26\u70ba\u7528\u6236\u63d0\u4f9b\u7121\u7e2b\u7684\u9ad4\u9a57\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 110%;\">\u7c21\u5316\u7684\u5b58\u53d6\u63a7\u5236\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PropTech \u6d88\u9664\u4e86\u4eba\u624b\u8eab\u4efd\u9a57\u8b49\u6d41\u7a0b\u7684\u9700\u8981\u3002 \u64c1\u6709\u6709\u6548\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\u6216\u81e8\u6642\u4e8c\u7dad\u78bc\u7684\u79df\u6236\u548c\u8a2a\u5ba2\u53ef\u4ee5\u8f15\u9b06\u9032\u5165\u5927\u5ec8\uff0c\u7269\u7ba1\u8077\u54e1\u7121\u9700\u82b1\u8cbb\u984d\u5916\u7684\u6642\u9593\u9032\u884c\u4eba\u624b\u9a57\u8b49\u8eab\u4efd\u3002 \u4e8c\u7dad\u78bc\u9580\u7981\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e86\u9580\u7981\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u4eba\u529b\u9700\u6c42\u3002 \u7269\u7ba1\u8077\u54e1\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c08\u6ce8\u65bc\u66f4\u95dc\u9375\u7684\u4efb\u52d9\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u6574\u9ad4\u6548\u7387\u4e26\u6539\u5584\u5927\u5ec8\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 110%;\">\u8207\u7528\u6236\u5efa\u7acb\u66f4\u7dca\u5bc6\u7684\u806f\u7e6b<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NineSmart \u57fa\u65bc\u96f2\u7aef\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u9762\u677f\u4f7f\u7269\u696d\u7d93\u7406\u80fd\u5920\u5efa\u7acb\u7528\u6236\u5e33\u6236\u4e26\u7acb\u5373\u6388\u4e88\u4ed6\u5011\u9580\u7981\u6b0a\u9650\u3002 \u5982\u679c\u6709\u7279\u6b8a\u5b89\u6392\u6216\u91cd\u8981\u516c\u544a\uff0c\u7ba1\u7406\u54e1\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\u7acb\u5373\u5efa\u7acb\u4e26\u5411\u6240\u6709\u7528\u6236\u767c\u4f48\u901a\u77e5\u3002 \u9019\u7a2e\u7121\u7e2b\u6e9d\u901a\u548c\u53ef\u8a2a\u554f\u6027\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u904b\u71df\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u4e26\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u8207\u79df\u6236\u5efa\u7acb\u66f4\u7262\u56fa\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\t<div id=\"gap-1984056927\" class=\"gap-element clearfix\" style=\"display:block;
